The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (e.g. event tickets). Purchased concert tickets cannot be cancelled, and standard-priced tickets cannot be exchanged for discounted tickets after the purchase has been completed.
