When you have made an order, an order receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. The email contains important information about your order such as billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs. All orders are shipped either by mail or commercial carrier and our normal delivery times within the EU Nordics are 2-3 days, EU mainland 5-10 days. Orders placed on the weekend are usually sent on the following Monday. If you experience an unannounced delay with your delivery, please contact us directly by email.
Prices in the shop are quoted in euros (EUR) and all prices include relevant VAT. VAT amounts are displayed in your order receipt. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time and to adapt to price changes from suppliers as well as correct price listing errors.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return from the date on the receipt from your order. Any product returned to us must be in the original sale condition and packaging. Loclouds will not accept the return of goods where the packaging has been broken or items damaged. We will judge such instances on a case-by-case basis with full consideration for the circumstances. Under the right of return, the full amount of the items originally purchased will be refunded. In the event there is no product defect and you simply regret the purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping to us.
If returning an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason(s) for the return. We will reply with instructions for you. Always report any complaint concerning manufacturing defect as soon as possible. We follow and observe EU law concerning warranty and manufacturing defects.

If any reason you do not pick up the goods you have ordered, we will charge you for delivery, return and a restocking fee of EUR 50. Uncollected packages are not regarded as cancellation of your purchase or a return.
