LOAF Beginner's Sourdough Class

Time: 10:30-14:30 (4 hours)
Address: Asukastalo Ankkuri, Herttoniemenranta (Paasivaarankatu 6, 00810 Helsinki).
Price: €80 per person (€100 from 24.8)
Limited spots are available!

During the class you’ll learn starter care, dough mixing, stretch & folds, shaping, and scoring- and you’ll go home with;

• starter
• levain
• one pre-shaped loaf to bake at home for the next day
• a freshly baked sourdough made in class (prepared by yours truly).

Snacks and coffee are provided (please let me know below about any food allergies at check out).

Once your spot is confirmed via payment, an email will be sent detailing all the equipment you need to bring so you can continue baking at home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that due to the limited number of places, class bookings are non-refundable. If you are sick or unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please contact me with the name of the person attending in your place.
