This is a 10 min arm video workout with light weights, that you can easily do at home. I got 2 kg's, but I would suggest 1 kg, 1.5 kg or 2 kg weights. πͺπΌ
I am guiding you through 10 different movements, 45 sec work and 15 sec rest in between.
