Citalopram (Anti Depression pill bottle)

This piece is a ceramic reinterpretation of a plastic medicine bottle used for antidepressants produced by Orion Pharma. Crafted in porcelain, it is fully functional and can be used as tableware.

This work reinterprets everyday objects commonly found in Finnish daily life in ceramic form. Each piece is individually shaped by hand by the artist and fired at 1240°C using underglaze colors and glaze.
