Tuotetiedot
Verkkokaupassa myytävät keramiikkateokset ovat käsintehtyjä ja ne voivat sisältää pieniä epätäydellisyyksiä tai eroavaisuuksia väreissä ja muodoissa. Teokset pyritään valokuvaamaan laadukkaasti ja toistamaan värit mahdollisimman totuudenmukaisesti. Huomioithan, että värisävyt saattavat näyttää hieman erilaisilta käytetystä laitteesta riippuen.
Tilaukset ja toimitus
Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne toimittaa tilauksia tällä hetkellä vain Suomen alueella. Tilaukset käsitellään ja valmistellaan 2–5 työpäivän kuluessa ostosta (juhlapyhät voivat aiheuttaa pieniä viiveitä). Toimitus kestää yleensä 2–12 työpäivää sijainnistasi riippuen. Kun tilauksesi on lähetetty, saat sähköpostivahvistuksen, johon voi sisältyä seurantakoodi, jos se on käytettävissä. Kaikki tilaukset pakataan huolellisesti Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne toimesta ja lähetetään Postin tai muun postipalvelun kautta lähimpään noutopisteeseen. Postikulut Suomessa sisältyvät teosten hintaan. Pakkausmateriaaleja pyritään käyttämään uudelleen mahdollisimman paljon.

Hinnat ja maksaminen
Kaikki hinnat ilmoitetaan euroissa (EUR). Postikulut Suomessa sisältyvät teosten hintaan. Tämä verkkokauppa käyttää Holvia turvalliseen maksujen käsittelyyn. Kaikki yleisimmät luotto- ja pankkikortit hyväksytään, mukaan lukien Visa ja MasterCard. Kaikki maksutiedot käsitellään turvallisesti salattujen yhteyksien kautta.
Palautukset ja hyvitykset
Kuluttajalla on verkkokauppaostoksissa 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeus. Peruuttamisaika alkaa siitä, kun asiakas on vastaanottanut tilatun teoksen. Peruuttamisesta tulee ilmoittaa Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinteelle 14 päivän kuluessa sähköpostitse osoitteeseen khiekkarinne@gmail.com.
Peruuttamisilmoituksen jälkeen teos tulee palauttaa viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä. Asiakas vastaa palautuksen toimituskuluista. Teos tulee pakata huolellisesti palautusta varten, jotta se ei vahingoitu kuljetuksen aikana. Asiakas vastaa teoksesta siihen asti, kunnes Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne on vastaanottanut palautuksen.
Teokseen saa tutustua ja sitä saa käsitellä vain siinä määrin kuin on tarpeen sen ominaisuuksien ja toimivuuden toteamiseksi. Jos teosta on käsitelty tätä enemmän ja sen arvo on alentunut, asiakas vastaa mahdollisesta arvonalennuksesta lain mukaisesti.
Kun palautettu teos on vastaanotettu ja tarkastettu, hyväksytyn palautuksen maksu hyvitetään asiakkaalle. Hyvitys maksetaan asiakkaan ilmoittamalle pankkitilille pankkisiirtona.
Peruuttamisoikeus ei koske tuotteita, jotka valmistetaan tai joita muutetaan asiakkaan yksilöllisten toiveiden tai vaatimusten mukaisesti.

Jos tilauksesi saapuu vahingoittuneena, ota yhteyttä sähköpostitse khiekkarinne@gmail.com24 tunnin kuluessa paketin vastaanottamisesta ja liitä mukaan valokuvat vahingoista.

Product Information
All ceramics sold in this webshop are handmade and may include minor imperfections or variations in color and shape. We strive to photograph each piece accurately and to reproduce colors as true to life as possible. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on the device used to view them.
Orders and Delivery
Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne currently ships orders within Finland only. Orders are processed and prepared within 2–5 working days of purchase (public holidays may cause slight delays). Shipping usually takes between 2 and 12 working days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number if applicable.
All orders are carefully packed by Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne and sent via Posti or another postal service to the nearest postal agent. Shipping within Finland is included in the price of the items.
Recycled packing materials are used whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. The withdrawal period begins when the customer receives the ordered artwork. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne by email at khiekkarinne@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
After notifying Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne of the withdrawal, the artwork must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The artwork must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. The customer is responsible for the artwork until it has been received by Studio Kirsi Hiekkarinne.
The artwork may be handled only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If the artwork has been handled beyond this and its value has decreased as a result, the customer is responsible for the decrease in value in accordance with applicable law.
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the payment for an approved return will be refunded to the customer. The refund will be paid by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made or modified according to the customer's individual specifications or requirements.
