• Kamerafiltteri Finland myy valokuvaustarvikkeita yksityishenkilöille sekä yrityksille ja organisaatioille.

• Kamerafiltteri Finland sells photography equipment for private persons as well as companies and organizations.

• Hinnaston hinnat sisältävät 24% arvonlisäveron ja toimituksen Suomeen, Ahvenmaalle, Ruotsiin ja Viroon.

• The prices include VAT 24% and the delivery to Finland, Åland, Sweden and to Estonia.

• Toimitus muihin maihin kuin Suomeen, Ahvenmaalle, Viroon ja Ruotsiin voi maksaa enemmän ja toimituskulut voidaan laskea erikseen.

• Delivery to other countries than Finland, Åland, Estonia and Sweden may cost some extra and may be billed separately.

• Kamerafiltteri Finland toimittaa tuotteitaan asiakkailleen yleensä 1-3 arkipäivän käsittelyajalla. Pyrimme ilmoitamaan jos tuotteen käsittelyaika on enemmän kuin 5 arkipäivää. Osalla enakkotilaustuotteista on pidempi toimitusaika.

• Kamerafiltteri Finland delivers its products to customers usually within 1-3 working days. We will inform the customer if the handling of the product will take more than 5 working days. Some of the pre- order products have a longer delivery time.

• Ostokuitti tai laskukopio tulee säilyttää virhevastuuta varten.

• Proof of purchase or copy of invoice is to be kept in case of product malfunction.

• Tilauksen yhteydessä asiakkaan tulee aina ilmoittaa nimi, sähköpostiosoite, postiosoite sekä puhelinnumero.

• With the order, the customer must always inform their name, email address, home address and phone number.

• Tilauksen yhteydessä yritysasiakkaan/organisaatio asiakkaan tulee aina ilmoittaa lisäksi yrityksen nimi ja yhteyshenkilö.

• With the orders, a business customer must always in addition inform the name of the company/organization and contact person.

• Valittuasi maksutavan kauppiaan tarjoamista vaihtoehdoista, maksutapahtuma siirtyy maksutavan järjestelmään. Maksu suoritetaan Holvi Payment Services Oy hallinnoimalle tilille.

• After you have chosen the suitable method of payment from the offered alternatives, the transaction moves to the system of the chosen method of payment. The transaction is paid to the account governed by Holvi Payment Services GmbH.

• Kamerafiltteri Finland asiakasrekisteri on luottamuksellinen.

• The customer register of Kamerafiltteri Finland is confidential.

• Meillä on 14 päivän palautus- ja vaihto-oikeus postipaketin tai noutotilauksen noutohetkestä alkaen. Tuotteilla 14 päivän palautusoikeus mikäli tuote on käyttämätön

• We have a 14- day return and change policy starting from the moment you pick up your delivery. The products have a 14-day return policy if the product is unused.

• Palautus ei kata mm. tuotteen virittämistä tai ohjeiden laiminlyönnistä aiheutuvia vahinkoja. Palautus ei kata suotimen pintanaarmuja.

• Return policy does not cover for example the so called ”tuning” of the product or damages caused by neglecting the instructions. Return policy does not cover the scratches on the filters.

• Palautusoikeus on voimassa vain jos tuote on käyttämätön ja myyntikelpoinen. 14 päivän palautusoikeuden aikana ostaja voi kuitenkin testata tuotetta.

• The return policy applies only if the product is unused and still good for selling. During the 14- day return period the customer is able to get to know the product and test it out.

• Mikäli asiakas ei ole tyytyväinen tuotepaketin sisältöön, tulee hänen palauttaa tuote 14 päivän palautusoikeuden puitteissa.

• Unless the customer is not satisfied with the contents of the delivery, they must return the product within the next 14 days.

• Jos lähetät tavaraa meille päin tuotepalautuksena, muista säilyttää palautusasiakirjat ja postin kuittikopio/seurantanumero.

• If you send us products back, remember to keep the return documents and the tracking number of the postal service.

Tuotepalautukset aina: / When returning a product:

1. Palauta alkuperäisessä paketissa, hyvin pakattuna ilman turhia merkintöjä. / Return in their original packaging well packaged and without any unnecessary markings.

2. Mukana kopio kuitista. / A copy of the receipt must be included.

3. Viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa noutohetkestä. / Within 14 days of the moment of pickup.

4. Kun lähetät meille jotain, muista pehmustaa paketti hyvin. / When you send us something, remember to cushion the package well.
