Toimitusehdot

Tuotteet valmistetaan tilauksesta. Toimitusaika on 2-4 viikkoa tilauksen vastaanotosta.

Toimituksen kustannukset: Suomessa Postin pakettiautomaattiin 5,90€, EU-maihin 15€, EU:n ulkopuolelle 20€.

Mikäli tahdotte vakuutetun toimituksen (veloitus 17€ Suomessa), ilmoittakaa siitä tilauksen yhteydessä.

Tuotteilla on 14 päivän palautusoikeus tuotteen ollessa käyttämätön, myyntikuntoinen ja alkuperäisessä pakkauksessaan. Palautusoikeus ei koske mittatilauksena tehtyjä tuotteita. Mikäli palautettu tuote ei vastaa yllä mainittuja ehtoja, se palautetaan asiakkaalle ja uudelleenlähetyksen kulut veloitetaan asiakkaalta. Toimittakaa palautuksen mukana kuitti tilauksesta ja tilinumeronne. Hyvitämme tuotteen hinnan tilillenne kun tuote on palautettu moitteettomassa kunnossa.

Emme lunasta postiennakolla tehtyjä palautuksia.

Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Shipping time is 2-4 weeks from receiving the order.

Shipping costs: in Finland pick-up from a Posti parcel point 5,90 €, to EU countries 15 €, outside of the EU 20 €.

If you wish to have insurance for your delivery (17 € in Finland), please let us know upon your order.

The products have a 14-day return policy, valid if the product is unused, re-sellable and includes the original packaging. The return policy does not apply to personalized products. If a product does not meet the return terms above, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please include in the return shipment the receipt of purchase and your bank account number (in IBAN format). We will refund the purchase price to your account when the product is returned in pristine condition.

We do not redeem returns made by COD (cash-on-delivery).
