After faulty or unexpected products are confirmed by the company via email, please follow the instruction:
- Step 1: Customers send faulty/unexpected products back to the company.
- Step 2: Inform the company of the returned package (by attaching a picture of the posted receipt)
- Step 3: The company confirmed the process and send the new/correct products to customers.
