Product description

The Salsa Body Movement training is recommended for all levels of dancers. Aim is to focus on your body development and growth by expanding your hips, shoulders and rib cages movement through key concepts such as posture, contra body motion and musicality. We will be working on increasing your range of motion and being able to move freely on the dance floor and in general to be more in control of your body.

You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.
