Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the online payment service. Our art prints and art products are crafted exclusively for you upon placing an order. This means a slightly extended delivery time. Creating items on demand, rather than in bulk, is our way of curbing overproduction. We appreciate your mindful choices and thank you for contributing to a more sustainable shopping experience!
The payment service provider is the Finnish bank, Holvi, through which payment options include card payments and online bank transfers. Holvi utilizes the latest technology, such as two-factor authentication, TLS/SSL encryption, and Mastercard® Identity Check™ 3D Secure verification. By clicking the Buy button, you accept the general terms and conditions of Elli Maanpää's online store. Holvi's operating license is granted and its operations are regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). We adhere to the same strict security standards as traditional banks operating in the EEA area.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. In the shopping cart, we provide an estimate of future shipping costs based on the primary delivery method.
Art prints are snugly rolled up and packaged in a sturdy triangular poster tube to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Shipments can be picked up from the nearest Posti automatic or service point. Additionally, original paintings can always be picked up from our atelier in Helsinki.
Please note that any additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees that may apply to your order are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fee.

Our most common delivery times to Finland are approximately two weeks from the order date, depending on the chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery times for Art Prints are as follows: EU - approximately 10-20 business days, USA - 5-8 days, Canada - 5-11 business days, Australia - 6-9 business days, Japan - 10-20 days.
Your chosen art poster will be printed in the print house closest to you, ensuring both convenience and eco-friendliness. It will then be promptly shipped to the postal address you provide, arriving within the estimated delivery time.
Please note that delivery times for original paintings may vary and typically range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination.
We will inform you immediately of any delays after ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays.
Please add your phone number so you get a text message when the parcel is arriving.
Artworks (excluding digital products) have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days to notify us of your desire to return the artwork from the day you received your order. The artwork must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that prints and other products are made on demand and are not eligible for returns. Thank you for your understanding.
Failure to collect the package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages from which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the costs incurred.
If the product is lost or damaged during transportation or does not otherwise meet your order, you must notify us of the error in writing within 14 days by email to elli@maanpaa.com. If the package is clearly damaged during transportation, you must immediately file a claim with Posti. Please also inform us of the matter. Thank you.
