TERMS AND CONDITIONS CREATIVE VOICE CIRCLE WITH KATJA MARIA SLOTTE

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the Creative Voice Circle with Katja Maria Slotte, a service provided by Creative Voice.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: All class series are prepaid. There are no refunds for missed classes.

FINANCIAL: When you pay for your session through our online store powered by Holvi, your payment is processed by Holvi. I never see your financials.

CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING / REFUNDS: All classes are pre-paid and non-refundable. What this means, should you have to cancel your session there will be no refund.

CLASS LOCATIONI: Classes take place at The Fireplace Room, Lapinlahdenkuja 8, 00180 Helsinki. You will receive exact directions on how to arrive at the studio by email before your session. Arrive on time. I will open the door for you 5 minutes in advance of your session time. The studio is an allergy and asthma friendly space, which means please make sure not to wear any perfumes, etc.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that all content of every session is my (Katja Maria Slotte’s) intellectual property and, as such, may not be distributed or released for public viewing on any platform without my express written permission. You're not allowed to use my intellectual property for your own business gain, or to present it as your own. This includes all PDF's and worksheets.

COACH-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: You as the Client, are responsible for creating your own decisions, choices, actions and results resulting from the coaching calls and interactions with your Coach (Katja Maria). The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided by the Coach. Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind of nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

MEDIA RELEASE: Media of all Creative Voice online music studio client’s studio activities may be used for studio promotion in perpetuity. This includes all audio and video recordings online and in person, co-writes and co-creations. Notify me in writing to opt out of media sharing.
