SPARK Artist Coaching
The SPARK Artist Coaching / Creativity Coaching / Creative Life coaching consists of:
• 1 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching session on Zoom
• Up to 5 days of personal support via Telegram (or email) one week after the coaching session to help you implement.

This coaching session can take place online on Zoom (Monday through Friday), or on location in Helsinki (Mondays and Tuesdays).
How it works:
You'll purchase your coaching session here, and make your booking on my online scheduling site.
The session price €145 includes VAT 25.5%. The price ex. VAT is: €115.54. If you are registered as a business in the EU and have an EU VAT-number, you can request to apply the VAT-reverse charge and pay for the Drop-In Session ex. VAT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DROP-IN COACHING SESSION WITH KATJA MARIA SLOTTE
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the SPARK Coaching with Katja Maria Slotte, a service provided by Creative Voice.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: All sessions are prepaid. There are no refunds. And here’s why: Your Coaching includes preparation from both of us, which means I’m committed to your coaching and invested in your session already before the actual appointment time.
FINANCIAL: When you pay for your session through our online store powered by Holvi, your payment is processed by Holvi. I never see your financials.
CANCELLATION POLICY / RESCHEDULING / REFUNDS: All sessions are pre-paid and non-refundable. What this means, should you have to cancel your session there will be no refund. You can, however, reschedule your session - as long as you keep in mind the 48 hour rescheduling rule. You may reschedule your session until 48 hours in advance of your session. Rescheduling is easy and is done through the “Cancel/Reschedule” button in your session confirmation email. A cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will require a new payment to rebook. Please understand that there are no exceptions to this rule (and yes, that means also in the case of sickness, auditions, gigs, last-minute work schedule changes, etc).
ONLINE STUFF: The coaching session takes place online. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you understand that although most of the time everything in the online space is smooth sailing, electronic weirdness may sometimes occur, Mercury sometimes goes retrograde, and the Gods of Technology may not be on our side every single day. Part of your session may need to be interrupted to figure out technology either on your end or on mine, and you are cool with that. We get to meet up and work together from anywhere in the world, which is pretty awesome in itself, so if there are a few interruptions or delays, we’re still cool. Should technology on my end interrupt more than 15 min of the session, you will get a new session.
SESSIONS ON LOCATION IN HELSINKI: If you have booked your session to take place in Helsinki, we will meet at Lapinlahden Lähde, Lapinlahdenkuja 8, 00180 Helsinki. You will receive exact directions on how to arrive at the studio by email before your session. Arrive on time. I will open the door for you 5 minutes in advance of your session time. The studio is an allergy and asthma friendly space, which means please make sure not to wear any perfumes, etc.
SESSION RECORDINGS: You are welcome to record your session for your future private reference and study. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that all content of every session is my (Katja Maria Slotte’s) intellectual property and, as such, may not be distributed or released for public viewing on any platform without my express written permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: You're not allowed to use my intellectual property for your own business gain, or to present it as your own. This includes all PDF's and worksheets.
COACH-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: You as the Client, are responsible for creating your own decisions, choices, actions and results resulting from the coaching calls and interactions with your Coach (Katja Maria). The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect results of any services provided by the Coach. Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind of nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
MEDIA RELEASE: Media of all Creative Voice online music studio client’s studio activities may be used for studio promotion in perpetuity. This includes all audio and video recordings online and in person, co-writes and co-creations. Notify me in writing to opt out of media sharing.
