Terms and conditions

PRICES & VAT Crafting Yogi online store sells items for private customers worldwide. Prices shown on the online store are including Finnish VAT 24% in EUR. We reserve the right to change the prices and the delivery conditions.

All the customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. Crafting Yogi is not responsible for the possible charges and/or taxes which may occur. Any additional charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

SHIPPING & HANDLING All the orders are being mailed during weekdays. Delivery times may vary within countries but we strive to deliver the order within reasonable time after order placement. We are shipping all orders at a flat rate of 3,00€ in Finland, EU countries 6,00€ and 9,00€ for the rest of the world. If you want your shipment being insured, please contact craftingyogi@gmail.com before placing the order. I recycle packaging materials, so I hope you won't be upset to receive your jewelry in second hand package.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Crafting Yogi is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. We will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs. The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to the retailer for inspection in its original package with all the necessary parts in it. Crafting Yogi will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed by our customer service. If customer wishes to return or exchange item that has no flaws, they are opted to do so within 14 days.

Either way, you are welcome to contact our customer service first, so they can give you all the necessary details regarding the return policy. Please always attach your name, address, order number and account number if possible, when you wish to receive your payment back.
