Have you always wanted to swing out smoothly and effortlessly to fast music? Now you have the possibility to dive into the details of fast swing outs with Teemu and Iines!

In this workshop we will practice how to use the floor and stretch to create movement and energy efficiently. We will practice finding the internal rubber band in your body in order to maintain smooth and relaxed partner connection even in fast tempos. You will also learn some cheat code variations, as well as practical solo and partner exercises that you can use in your own practice.
