Kitesurfing Experience: Basic Exercise & Guidance Course Join us for a guided exercise session designed to introduce you to the world of kitesurfing! This basic course focuses on providing a safe and active environment to practice the fundamentals of wind-powered movement. Whether you’re looking for a new recreational hobby or a guided physical challenge, this course offers the perfect start to your kiting journey. Course Goal: To provide guided exercise and instructional support, enabling participants to engage in kitesurfing as a regular physical activity in a safe and responsible manner. Location & Duration: • Duration: Approx. 3 hours of active exercise and guidance. • Locations: Helsinki (boat-assisted guidance), Hanko, or Yyteri. In this guided exercise session, you will participate in: • Safety Awareness: Learning to manage your exercise environment using standard safety equipment and procedures. • Wind Dynamics: Active practice with a trainer kite to understand aerodynamics through movement. • Core Skills: Guided practice sessions using depowerable kites with varied line lengths to build physical coordination. • Water-Based Exercise: Supervised “body dragging” and powered kite handling to build functional strength and balance in the water. • Progressive Learning: Moving from basic discovery movements to active water starts and first pulls.
