Mille Mozzarelle Catering & Zero Stress Kiteboarding – Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Goods) You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a designated third party (other than the delivery carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can do this easily via:

• The Cancellation Button: Log into your account or navigate to your order confirmation page and use the dedicated "Cancel Order" feature provided on our website.
• Email or Written Notice: Alternatively, you may send a free-form email or use the attached sample withdrawal form to notify us at [Insert Email Address].

Upon submitting a cancellation request, we will send you an email confirmation without undue delay.

3. Returning the Goods & Return Costs You must return the physical goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

• Costs: You are responsible for bearing the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Condition of Returned Items You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, properties, and functioning of the equipment. (For example, pumping up a kite on a clean surface is acceptable; getting it wet, salty, or sandy may reduce its value).

5. Refund Process If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Course Bookings & Validity

1-Year Validity Period All kitesurfing, wingfoiling, and tow-up courses purchased through our shop have a validity period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe.

Course Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal) When you purchase a course (a service agreement), the 14-day withdrawal period begins immediately upon the conclusion of the agreement.

• If you request to start your course during this 14-day withdrawal period and subsequently decide to cancel, you will be required to pay a reasonable proportion of the service (instruction time) that was provided up until the moment you communicated your withdrawal.
