We make every effort to keep our product information and stock availability up to date. However, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If an ordered product is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be supplied in an acceptable condition, we will contact the customer where appropriate. We may cancel the affected item or, where necessary, the entire order. Any payment received for an item or order that we cannot supply will be refunded.
If a product is damaged, defective, unsafe, or does not correspond to the product description, please contact us as soon as possible. The customer's statutory rights under Finnish consumer protection law remain unaffected.
For products to which the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a specific reason.
However, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products. In particular, products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as certain fresh food products, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer must notify us of the withdrawal within the applicable period and follow the return instructions provided by us.
If an order is not delivered within the agreed or otherwise applicable delivery period, the customer has the rights provided by Finnish consumer protection law concerning delayed delivery. A customer may have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the applicable law.
A fixed seven-day cancellation restriction does not limit the customer's statutory rights.
Where a refund is due, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable Finnish consumer protection law. For a statutory withdrawal, refunds must generally be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the customer's notice of withdrawal, subject to the statutory conditions concerning the return of goods.
These terms do not limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Finnish law.
