Kasvata herkullisia osterivinokkaita kotonasi! Tällä Helsienen kurssilla opit, kuinka onnistut saamaan satoa. Saat kotiin itse tehty kasvatusastia eli Growkit, joten pääset seuraamaan rihmaston ja sienten kasvua alusta loppuun saakka.

Kurssin sisältö:

• Opiskellaan hieman sienten biologiaa
• Käydään läpi sienten kotikasvatuksen perusteet
• Sienten kasvatus olosuhteet
• Mitä tehdä sadon jälkeen

Grow delicious mushrooms at home! In this Helsieni course you will learn how to prepare substrate, inoculate it with mycelium and how create the right conditions to get a successful harvest. Each participant will bring home their own made Growkit.

Contents of the course:

• Basic biology of the mushrooms
• Starting a Growkit (substrate and inoculation)
• Creating fruiting conditions cultivation at home
• What to do after the first harvest

The course is held at the Helsieni office in Veturitallinkuja 5 G, Helsinki.
