Refund Policy
All ticket sales, including Player Passes, Improv Labs, Workshops, Ensembles, and Courses, are final and non-refundable. In the event of a workshop or course cancellation, customers will receive a full refund.
Photography Consent
By registering for courses or workshops, participants consent to being photographed for marketing and promotional purposes. If a participant does not wish to appear in photographs, they must notify us either in writing prior to the event or verbally on-site. In such cases, we will ensure the participant is not included in photographs.
Age Limit
All courses, workshops, Improv Labs, and related activities are strictly limited to participants aged 18 and above. By registering, customers confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.
