The Armando combines storytelling and longform improv. Participants will learn the ingredients of a compelling story and how to turn these real-life stories into hilarious heightened improv scenes. The Armando is one of the most accessible and popular forms in the world.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Rob Norman is a producer at CBC Original Podcasts who has created such critically-acclaimed hits as PERSONAL BEST and LIMITED CAPACITY. He's the author of Improvising Now: A Practical Guide for Modern Improvisation, as well as an instructor and director at the Second City Toronto. In addition to producing The Backline weekly podcast, Rob is a Canadian Screen Award winner for his performance on CityTV’s Sunnyside.
