Aito vuorovaikutus: Tutki sydänyhteyttä Authentic Relating harjoituksissa, jotka syventävät kykyämme kommunikoida aidosti ja haavoittuvasti

Tietoinen kosketus: Tutki tietoista kosketusta polkuna syvempään yhteyteen ja parantumiseen.

Somaattinen maadoitus: Uppoudu kehollisiin harjoituksiin, jotka maadoittavat nykyhetkeen ja luovat yhteyden kehosi viisauteen.

Platonic MUSH Halikasa: Koe platonisen fyysisen yhteyden parantava voima turvallisessa ja toisiamme kunnioittavassa tilassa yhdessä kanssasäädellen

Yhteisö ja yhteys: Tutustu samanhenkisiin ihmisiin jotka arvostavat henkistä kasvua

Aistillisuus ja energia: Tutki erilaisia energiayhteyksiä Temppelissä ja tutki moninaisia tapoja olla yhteydessä itseen ja muihin.

Kaunis ympäristö: Upota itsesi luonnon kauneuteen ja nauti rentoutumisesta upeassa ympäristössä.

Yhdessä luomme turvallisen ja kunnioittavan retriitin, jossa voimme tutkia ja antaa energiamme ilmentyä uutena jokaisessa hetkessä. MIA on näyttelijä, valmentaja sekä traumatietoinen (NARM) tantra opettaja Helsingistä. Miaa kiehtoo autenttisuus, tantrisuus, leikki ja ilo. Mia opiskelee tällä hetkellä seksuaalineuvojaksi. Mian kutsumus on tukea valmennettaviaan löytämään elämäänsä vapautunutta autenttista äänenkäyttöä, rehellistä kommunikaatiota ja syvempää läheisyyttä ihmissuhteissaan. Hän on autenttinen ja empaattinen fasilitoija joka osaa tuoda ryhmään turvallisen lämpimän tunnelman.

MINNA on tantrikko, joogaopettaja ja perhekonstellaatio-ohjaaja. Hän rakastaa sukeltaa syvälle, tutkia, tuntea ja transformoida. Omalla tantramatkallaan, tantrisen elämänasenteen vahvistuessa hän on oppinut toivottamaan kaiken elämän tarjoaman tervetulleeksi avosylin, hengitys kerrallaan. Hänen matkaansa ovat insipiroineet mm. Seasonal jooga, hengitysterapia, Oshon meditaatiot, kundaliinijooga, WHT, perhekonstellaatio, ISTA sekä Temple Training (Highden)

Facilitators:

MIA is an actress, coach, and trauma-aware (NARM) tantra teacher from Helsinki. Mia is fascinated by authenticity, tantra, play and joy. Mia is currently also studying to become a Sexual Advisor. Mia's mission is to support her clients in finding their authentic voice, honest communication and deeper intimacy in their relationships. She is an empathic, warm instructor who knows how to bring a warm ans safe atmosphere to the group.

MINNA is a tantrica, yoga teacher and family constellation instructor. She loves to dive deep, explore, feel, and transform. On her own tantra journey, as her Tantric attitude to life has strengthened, she has learned to welcome everything life has to offer with open arms, one breath at a time. Her journey has been inspired by, among others: Seasonal yoga, breathing therapy, Osho meditations, kundalini yoga, WHT, family constellation, ISTA and Temple Training (Highden)

VEIKKO is a passionate explorer of life and hedonism, an Authentic Relating facilitator, a Tantric Life Coach, a man, a father, and a tantrika. Veikko enjoys authentic encounters and works diversely to both live and help others live a more authentic life. Veikko is there for you during the workshop if there is any emotional process arising.
