All items are handmade by Behnaz Fazelian in Tampere, Finland. Small variations in color, shape, and texture are natural and part of the handmade process.
Orders & Payments Orders are confirmed after full payment is received. Prices include VAT (25.5).
Shipping Orders are shipped within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent. Local pickup in Tampere can be arranged upon request.
Returns & Exchanges You may return your order within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued.
