Artificial intelligence truly is already part of everyday life in many organizations, but its effects are often not known how to be verbalized, measured, or managed. In this training, HR and business management are invited to build a shared understanding of what utilizing artificial intelligence truly changes in work and how the benefits are made visible.

Together with you, we get to build a shared language and way of working, through which the utilization of artificial intelligence becomes part of the development of your entire organization’s work and business, not a separate technology project.

With the “Making the Benefits of AI Visible” training:

• You understand what benefits are assumed to be gained in an AI organization and what benefits actually emerge
• You are able to describe the change in work before and after the utilization of artificial intelligence
• You are able to identify where artificial intelligence currently has an effect and where its effects are not yet visible
• You are able to structure what benefit means from the perspective of work, experience, and impact
• You know how making benefits visible is connected to everyday work and discussion, not as a separate report

What the “Making the Benefits of AI Visible” training includes

2 x 2-hour remote meetings, between which there is time to examine and structure the organization’s own situation.

• In the first meeting, goals are set, the change in work is examined, and the gap between the goals and the current state is identified
• In the second meeting, the ways of making the benefits visible and internal ownership within the organization are clarified
• A short pre-material shared in digital format, which contains a concise introduction to the logic of measurement and the effects of artificial intelligence on work

After the “Making the Benefits of AI Visible” training:

1. You are able to verbalize what utilizing artificial intelligence means in your own organization in the cooperation between HR and business
2. You reflect on the benefits as a combination of work practices, everyday life, and technologies
3. You structure the benefits in a way that supports decision-making, management, and the guidance of work
