  • All tickets, passes, and fees (including membership fees) are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by us, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent the planned event or workshop from taking place.
  • Event tickets are valid only for the specific event purchased and cannot be transferred or reused for future events.
  • Memberships are valid for one calendar year from purchase.
  • By attending our events you consent that our events may be photographed or recorded and the material may be used in Sanskriti Ry's communications.
  • We collect only the personal details needed to process your order and manage participation.
