Here you get: - 12 months access to mobile app (daily tasks, focus, exercises) designed by Positive Intelligence By Shirzad Chamine (I will create the account for you and active it - this allows me to see your progress too)

• first 8 weeks: once a week support (online 30min call with me - Janka) and a possibility to work within a small group of 3-4 people as a support group (imagine like a group of students to share experience and learnings under my guidance. this is a great place for questions too)

• 7 coaching sessions with me - Janka (approximately 60-90min = focus is on the result you set to achieve)

We will create a personal plan and structure to follow, depending on your goals so that you can get the results you want. I commit to support you EVERY step of the way. I guarantee you will see results, as you do the work. I commit to seeing you, listening to you to understand and bring more awareness and clarity into your life.
