The use of the website and webshop of m.u.i.t.u Ltd (hereinafter "the Company" or "VULLOT") requires that the user agrees to comply with these terms. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Model and Roles VULLOT operates as a Service Broker for specialist threat and risk management services. The Company does not itself function as an operational private security provider; rather, it maintains a network of qualified experts and manages the assignment process on behalf of the Client. The actual expert work ordered by the Client (such as investigation, consultation, or security guarding) is always performed by a third party, i.e., an independent specialist or service provider who possesses the requisite official licences, qualifications, and insurance for the task.
Service Provider (Web Service) The administrator of this site and the provider of the brokerage service is m.u.i.t.u Ltd. Registered Office: Helsinki. Business ID: 3471873-1. Email: office@vullot.com.
Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of use, content, availability, or services of these pages at any time without prior notice. The amendment terms applicable to actual assignment agreements are set out separately in the Company's General Terms and Conditions.
Online Store and Payments The Analysis Service offered on the site is purchased via a secure e-commerce connection. 'Holvi Payment Services Ltd' is responsible for the online store connection, including the transmission of payments in cooperation with a licensed payment institution. Data Security: Payment transactions and client data are protected by bank-level encryption during transmission and storage. Payment requires strong electronic authentication to prevent misuse. Right of Cancellation: Consumer clients have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to charge for actual costs incurred prior to the notification of cancellation.
Intellectual Property Rights The intellectual property rights to these pages and the VULLOT brand belong to m.u.i.t.u Ltd. Copying or using the content of these pages without permission is prohibited. Templates and methods used in the production of the service remain the property of the Company. However, the Client acquires ownership rights to the material specifically produced for them as a result of the assignment (e.g., reports), as defined in the General Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability The Company is responsible for the brokerage of services and the administrative management of the assignment. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of these pages. Regarding the Services (such as the Analysis Service or investigations), the Company's liability is determined in accordance with the separate assignment agreement and the Company's General Terms and Conditions. The Company's total liability is limited, in principle, to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question during the preceding six (6) months, excluding damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The Company is not liable for the content or actions produced by the third party (the executing expert) other than as separately stated in the agreement.
User Responsibility The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. As VULLOT acts as an intermediary, the User is obliged to provide sufficient and truthful information for the performance of the assignment so that the Company may select an expert suitable for the task.
Personal Data and Confidentiality The Company processes client data confidentially in accordance with the Privacy Policy. VULLOT transmits to the expert only the information necessary for the assignment via secure channels.
Email and Data Security The confidentiality of email messages sent over an open network cannot be guaranteed. The delivery of sensitive material must be agreed upon separately with Customer Service using encrypted channels or secure email solutions.
Applicable Law These terms and any disputes relating to the brokerage of services shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be settled primarily through negotiation or at the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
