Did you know that there are enormous amounts of fresh and nutritional wild food growing in the nearby forests and meadows of our capital city Helsinki? And, due to Finnish every men's rights, we can all learn to forage these tasty Finnish superfoods.
In May 2021, my foraging workshops will take you to explore the wild herbs and vegetables that the nature of Eastern Helsinki and especially Länsi-Herttoniemi has to offer.
Learn to identify the most common and delicious Finnish wild herbs and vegetables, flowers, and tree buds. Get the best tips on how to use wild herbs to season your summer barbecues and most refreshing cocktails. Finnish wild herbs have also exciting stories to tell. For years and years, nature has been our holistic health care center offering nutrition, medicament, natural movement, and peace. Finnish wild herbs can just as well be used in DIY natural cosmetics and sauna traditions. And last but not least, don't miss out on the exciting Finnish folklore and mysteries!
