When you want to talk or to find someone who listens to you and is there for you, we are just a phone call away.

All calls are private, confidential, and always answered by a trained professional. In the spring of 2025, all calls will be answered by Eija, the company's founder, a nurse specializing in acute care and psychiatric care.

If you want to speed up the implementation of your call, please send a message to eija.tuttutunne+puhelut@gmail.com immediately after purchase, so we can handle your call request as soon as possible. We will otherwise respond to online store orders within 1-2 business days.

Calls are primarily made via Google Meet or Whatsapp, so that we will make either a video call or a voice call, depending on your choice.

During the call, we do not sell or advertise our services, but that time is completely your time. Your contact information will not be shared with us for marketing purposes or in any other way.

If you are buying a call as a gift, please remember that we do not do health checks, medication reminders, or other tasks related to the social and health sector. We call people as people, ask how they are and share the common emotional world of that moment.
