Your job is to suggest the topic which is the most current for your team to concentrate on to work. Different types of themes can be e.g. something about self-awareness, self-leadership, leadership development, personal growth, and well-being in the workplace. If you have two or more Team Development Workshops it is valuable to do some assignments between the sessions to support your development.

This can also be a follow-up Workshop after Team Training based on the Narrative Big Five Assessments.

A 60 min virtual or on site Design Meeting with a team leader is possible before every Team Development Workshop in Helsinki Metropolitan Area. You can choose as many Workshops as you need with your team!
