Free to Move – Continuation Programme (6 Weeks)

This programme is the natural next step after completing the original Free to Move course.

Over the first phase, you built strong habits, consistency, and confidence in moving your body. You learned how to listen to your energy levels, stay active even during busy periods, and make movement a regular part of your life.

This continuation programme is designed to help you deepen that foundation.

It focuses on bringing structure back where it has slowly faded, strengthening the routines that support your wellbeing, and helping you feel more in control of your energy, training, and nutrition — without taking away flexibility or joy.

During these six weeks, we will work on:

  • Re-establishing purposeful walking and aerobic routines
  • Balancing gym, tennis, pilates, and recovery
  • Supporting performance without overload
  • Creating simple, sustainable food preparation habits
  • Reducing “decision fatigue” around meals and training
  • Maintaining running capacity with gentle structure
  • Integrating social life without guilt or loss of momentum This programme is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters — consistently.

You will continue to receive personalised coaching, regular check-ins, and practical tools that fit your real ####life, schedule, and priorities.

The goal is that by the end of this phase, movement feels natural again, food choices feel calmer, and your routines support your life instead of competing with it.
