The power of sound is healing. It returns you to your original source. To a place where your power is released and you find a new way of being. It all happens in silence. First we have to learn to listen.

Free your Voice workshop offers participants the opportunity to find their own voice, perhaps hidden for a long time, and to connect with the flow of healing sound energy. Healing sound is explored through various exercises that liberate the body and mind, and it is slowly possible to discover a new world through your own voice. This online circle offers the opportunity to learn to listen to one's inner voice.

It is time to dive deep to the place where the creativity flows free. Where the joy and harmony are the base for your true being. The participant does not need to have any experience in producing sound. This circle is an intuitive sound and healing voice circle, where musical experience is not important nor needed. Instead, releasing your own voice can be a deep and very healing experience.

Please ensure that you have a quiet and undisturbed space for the duration of the workshop. The workshop includes vocal exercises, as well as some physical and breathing exercises. The exercises will be done both sitting and possibly standing.
