Your data from buying a membership

For the purpose of keeping track of who is a member of our organisation during the current year, and to communicate with them, we save your name, phone number and email address. Holvi asks you to write down your home address too, but we will delete this information as soon as possible since we do not need it for any purpose.

Your data from buying a workshop ticket

Any data we collected from you from buying a workshop ticket will only be used for any potential communication about that specific workshop. It will be removed after the workshop is over. Obtained home addresses will be treated as described above.

Saving your data

Any data we do save will be kept for no more than a year after the end of the current membership year, for administrative purposes. If at any time you have questions, want to know what information we have from you or if you want to correct or delete any of your data, please contact us through sisimajitufinland@gmail.com.
