The element that ties the band to traditional finnish music is it's instrumentation: Kantele, harmonium, violin, acoustic bass guitar and percussion. Saaga Ensemble makes music with big heart and open mind. They combine different music styles such as jazz and pop to finnish folk music. Their heartfelt compositions and arrangments offer a combination of bonafide energy – from tender warmth to exploding raw power. Saaga Ensemble's exceptional take on instruments with strong emphasis on vocal harmonies truly sets them apart.
