Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, not including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this.
We may withhold the refund until: We have received the goods back, or You have provided proof that the goods were returned — whichever comes first.
Returns You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal. You must use the return shipping code.
Returned goods must be in the same condition in which you received them. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
