Maalis/huhtikuun vaihteeseen sijoittuva tuleva pääsiäinen on pyhitetty todelliselle kundalinijoogaspesiaalille. Omaa Complete Unity -joogakoulua ja retriittejä ympäri maailmaa pyörittävät Maleen ja Will saapuvat ilahduttamaan pääsiäisviikonloppua Tanskan Århusista.

Tulossa kolme mielettömän avaavaa (sekä kehoa että mieltä) ja erilaista kundalinijooga-workshoppia omilla aihealueilla ja intentioilla höystettynä (kesto 2.5h / paja). Vaikka et olisi aiemmin edes miettinyt lajia niin nyt kannattaa ehdottomasti lähteä mukaan. Takuuvarmasti tulossa säkkikaupalla ahaa-elämyksiä!

We have all heard that yoga is good you. Yoga keeps us moving, strong and flexible. Many of us also know that yoga is great to calm the mind and de-stress. All of this is true, and yes we can easily practise yoga to see the benefits for ourselves.

But does yoga stop there? Is that all yoga has to offer? In other words: did Buddha leave home, belongings and loved ones just to gain a handsome body and a calm mind?

The yoga that most of us practise today is a Hatha Yoga. You may follow a specific teacher and style, but essentially it can all be traced back to Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga is linked with the tantric tradition. Tantra has very little to do with what most of us think of when we hear the word Tantra.

Tantra acknowledges the body as a tool to experience what it really means to be alive. On the mat, you can definitely gain strength, find flexibility and learn to settle the mind to enable you to make better decisions and develop stronger relationships. But behind the scenes and practices of tantra lie the questions of life:

What is life? Why am I here? Why will it come to an end? What does the end mean?

Will and I teach yoga to delve into these questions that still to this day baffle many modern day scientists and philosophers. We have found that the practice of Kundalini Yoga is a great stepping stone to find, maybe not answers, to these questions, but to explore them.

These are questions that have always been hanging around in our mind and still are. Though they use to frighten us, now they ignite curiosity and joy.

Every emotion has the potential to fuel your actions, life and being. All emotions are good but it is your reaction towards them can be less good. With Kundalini Yoga, we learn to adapt to highs and lows of life so that we can move towards the direction of happiness, well being, love and good quality life, isn’t that what it really means to be clever?

This workshop will include a talk on how to live free from anger with love and kindness and an empowering Kundalini Yoga practice.
