Full Moon is a magical time to look inward and be kind to our mind / body. Moon Salutations and gentle exercises will be practiced during this naturally heightened time, as the full moon activates energy in our bodies. For those that feel restless or have difficulties sleeping during the full moon, this class is the perfect calm.
