SLA Silver includes monthly 4 hours support, exceeding that will be invoiced on a 160€ rate the next month *Within Business hours = 9-17 From Monday to Friday. In case of weekend emergency support for SLA clients the standard fee is invoiced: 160€/h and Travel time invoiced at 50%
