ONNIVATORS is a Finland-based BINGO — a Business oriented, International NGO — that provides a meaningful forum for private companies, associations, public sector organizations, and professionals of all nationalities. Our vision is that by 2018 ONNIVATORS will be a key stakeholder in the realm of attracting and retaining international talent in the Finnish ecosystem.

Our mission is to create a community that works together to nurture mutual growth and wellbeing, foster economic sustainability and cultivate an inclusive and integrated living and working environment.

Our goal is to build and maintain an extensive and dynamic network of professionals and organisations with a relationship to Finland, provide a range of services that ensures self-sustainability and continuous operations and be the leading expert organization that influences national level immigration and innovation policies

To fulfill our mission and achieve our goals, we organize knowledge sharing workshops, lectures and site visits, create platforms for sharing employment opportunities and expanding professionally relevant networks and do lobbying work and awareness campaigning.
