Service Terms GENERAL
Products and services are sold by Northern Light Journey ( 3247007-4),
Ida Aalbergintie 3A, 00400 Helsinki. Products are sold for private persons over the age of 18 within Finland and abroad.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The website and the material contained therein are the property of NorthernLight Journey and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Names, images, logos, texts, products and services offered and other materials are trademarks, business names and other intellectual property rights protected by national and international laws.
If you keep your copyright information and entries clearly visible, you can print material on your website and use extracts from it for your own personal use. For other uses, a pre-written permit from Northern Light Journey is required.
ORDERING
Products and services are ordered primarily through website ww.northernlightjourney.com, via email, phone call or through client meetings. Orders are confirmed through email, where the price of the products, service fees and quantity of products and services ordered. Receiving the confirmation of the placed order requires announcing the email address while placing the order. The Customer agrees to the terms of service in force at the time of ordering. Before placing an order, make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
PAYMENT METHODS
Products, services and their postage are paid at the time of ordering. The order can be paid for by bank transfer using the account of any bank. The order confirmation that will be sent to the e-mail will provide payment details for the order with bank accounts and reference numbers. Payment methods will be expanded when the main online store is opened.
Product prices include VAT. We will keep the right to changes in prices and postage.
BILL
Single sessions are to be paid prior to the session, for longer coaching programs - the first payment is to be paid before the session.
An order of more than EUR 200 can exceptionally be arranged to be paid by invoice. The payment period is 14 days.
When the payment is late, we follow good collection practice. In this case, a reminder invoice is sent from the invoice and a reminder fee of EUR 5 is added to the invoice total and interest on late payment in accordance with the Interest Act is added. In the case of late payment, we will continue to send a new reminder, which is legally referred to as the 'claim'.
A payment claim fee of EUR 24 (EUR 14 for purchases of less than EUR 100) will be added to the total amount of the invoice and the interest rate under the Interest Act will be updated. Reminders are not sent until at least every 14 days, giving you time to complete the delayed payment. There are one reminder and two requirements, after which the delayed payment is transferred to legal recovery.

The payment plan is set up at EUR 5. The plan does not eliminate expenses that have already accrued. On the other hand, no new collection costs will accrue and you will be able to access normal invoicing again if the jointly agreed payment plan is followed.
For prospecting corporate customers, expenses are charged according to actual expenses.
DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES
Delivering the services and products of the coaching and consulting range happens mainly online via Zoom call and email or in person at meetings, retreats and events and is part of the announced price.
Gift cards are delivered to the email address provided by the customer. Delivery of these is free.
Concrete products such as jewelry are delivered via mail according to the agreement on the order. Postal fees are added to the order according to the current pricing listing.
The delivery method and price abroad vary depending on the destination country. Delivery times for foreign parcels depend on the destination country and the delivery service used.
Our customer service is in contact via email before delivering the package.
We hold the right to cancel the sale if the product has run out of goods, for clear price errors and for other special reasons.
Price error means that the product is inadvertently priced incorrectly so that the price of the product differs significantly and clearly from the correct price of the product or the price is abnormally low compared to the general price level.
RETURN TERMS
The customer has a 14-day right of return in the online store and other distance selling in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Please include your name, email address, phone number, account number and order number to which the refund applies or a copy of the order confirmation.
Custom made & tailored ordered products and services are not refundable due to it´s commissioned work nature.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Weekly individual coaching and consulting appointments can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
The workshops, and retrites can be canceled no later than four days prior the starting date. After that, cancellation is possible if you are prevented from participating due health conditions with a medical certificate. Please note that for an irrevocable place we will charge an entry fee. There are limited places and this way we ensure that those who wish to participate can participate.
Annual groups, programmes and other lengthy coaching are special trainings that cannot be used to take new participants in the middle of coaching. In this way, withdrawal is only possible if participation in a medical certificate is presented. Changes in life such as migrations occur, and the service provider tries to take into account, as far as possible, the participants' long-term schedules and similar practical aspects, helping to continue participating in this way.
DISCOUNTS
Northern Light Journey can occasionally publish promotions and discount codes. A percentage discount is given for normal-priced products. If you have promotional products for your purchases, you will receive the products at a price that is more affordable for you.
In discount campaigns, we may limit the scope of the use of discounts to, for example, only part of the products or a certain number of times the discount is used, for example, once per customer or otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY
Services and products are designed for a physically, psychologically, emotionally and financially healthy person. They are created only for informative purposes and for providing advice. Talk to your doctor, lawyer or other relevant expert before starting and make sure that the service or product is suitable for you.
Everyone does exercises and implements their decisions at their own risk. Always provide sufficient information on issues and the risks and precautions that may be associated with them before making and implementing them. The service provider has not insured the participants separately. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may be caused to the participant. Make sure you have the relevant insurance policies in place.
The customer participating in the personal trainings undertakes to inform the supervisor of any relevant changes in their state of health and financial situation. The service provider always strives to highlight the content of the guidance in a safety-oriented manner and raising risks.
Nevertheless, each participant is responsible for carrying out exercises and activities to the limits of their own well-being, state of health and financial situation, and for adequately investigating the subject matter and the risks involved. The participant in the trainings declares that they are aware of the possible consequences of their decisions and activities and participate at their own risk, relieving the supervisor and the service provider of their responsibilities.
In the case of minors, the guardian may, at his/her own risk, accept participation in the coaching on behalf of his/her dependent. The guardian is ultimately responsible for payment obligations based on participation.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
We try to deliver flawless products, but sometimes weaker pieces may be included. In case of errors, we always try to solve the problem together with the customer first.
DATA PROTECTION
Northern Light Journey handles all customer data confidentially. The data and uses to be collected are described in a separate register description. There is a secure connection between Northern Light Journey´s website and the customer.
The website may occasionally give links to other actors' websites. Northern Light Journey is not responsible for the operation or content of these pages.
CHANGE IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We keep the rights to change our terms of service. Before ordering, the customer must familiarise themselves with the service terms and conditions in force at the time.
APPLICABLE LAW
Finnish law applies to this contractual relationship.
If any dispute over the contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
