Northern Light Journey customer register
GROUNDS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER
The person has enrolled or participated in coaching and courses, and the person has enrolled or participated in individual coaching or consulting, a retreat, or a group coaching.
PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER
The purpose of the register is to maintain the Northern Light Journey customer register and invoice register. The invoice register contains the information to be entered on the invoice concerning the persons receiving the invoice. This information is disclosed only to the customer and to each recipient of the invoice. The customer register contains the customer's first and last name, address, telephone number and email address.
The data can be used for marketing services and developing operations. Personal data is processed to the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. The data in the register can be used in Northern Light Journey's own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal data to third parties.
DISCLOSURE AND PROTECTION OF DATA
Customer data will not be disclosed outside.
The personal data of the data subject will be destroyed at the user's request and at latest after 6 months of ending the coaching or consulting relationship. Removal from the register must be requested in writing by e-mail. Material in paper form is stored in a locked space. The electronic personal data registers are located in Northern Light Journey´s information system, which can only be accessed by the person processing the data in question.
AVAILABILITY OF THE REGISTER DESCRIPTION
The user has the right to check what data concerning him or her has been stored in the personal data file and the right to demand that the incorrect information contained in the register be corrected. Removal from the register must be requested in writing by e-mail.
