This is the second module of the online course of buying a home in Finland. This module consists of three videos on the following topis: Price and expenses, Taxes & tax-benefits, Banking & mortgage.

After the module you will have a good understanding of how the difference price points to look at in an apartment. Furthermore, you will know what taxes you need to pay and what type of tax-benefits you can get by owning a home. You will also get a good understanding on what are the factors you should consider when taking out a loan from a bank, including difference on interest rates. The videos contain around 45 min of pure value.
