Suomeksi Varastossa olevat tuotteet lähetetään asiakkaalle 7-30 arkipäivän kuluessa. Paketit toimitetaan postipakettina ja kirjelähetykset (CD/kortti/juliste) toimitetaan normaalin kirjepostin mukana. Posti säilyttää paketteja 7 arkipäivää. Posti lähettää noutamattomasta paketista muistutuksen yhden kerran. Noutamattoman paketin palautuksesta Posti veloittaa palautuskustannuksen tilaajalta. Tilatuilla tuotteilla ei ole vaihto-/palautusoikeutta, paitsi jos tuote on ollut viallinen jo ennen toimitusta.

English Products in stock will be sent in 7-30 working days. Orders will be delivered as Finnish Posti Parcels. Letters (CD/card/poster) will be delivered as regular mail. The Post keeps parcels for 7 days before returning them back to the sender. The Post sends one reminder of an uncollected parcel. Posti charges a fee for uncollected parcels from the orderer. Printed products don't hold the right to a change or return, except if the product is somehow damaged before the delivery.
