No steps to follow. No choreography. No judgement.

Just music, movement and the freedom to express different parts of you - the wild, the tender, the playful, the sensual.. In your own unique way.

What to expect:

A guided opening to help you drop into your body.

A dj set by Dj Laura Ihatsu to take you on a journey - from stillness to fire and back again.

A safe supportive container where all movement is welcome.

There will also be pure ionized water available for all the dancers. To keep you refreshed and hydrated. This water is packed with antioxidants and molecular hydrogen. And it charges your cells with natural energy and deep hydration.
