Kaikki fyysiset tuotteet toimitetaan hyvin pakattuina, käytän pakkauksissa toisinaan myös kierrätettyjä jo käytettyjä postitusmateriaaleja. Lähetän tuotteet 1-3 arkipäivää maksusta/ siitä kun minulle on tullut ilmoitus ostoksesta. Huomioi viivästykseen vaikuttavat pyhäpäivät. Joitakin tuotteita on mahdollisuus tilata lisää. Kaikissa kysymyksissä vastaan spostilla tai puhelimitse.

Suurimmalla osalla verkkokaupasta ostettavista tuotteista on 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeus, jonka aikana voit perua ostoksesi ilman erityistä syytä. Jos perut verkkokauppatilauksen, peruttavaan tilaukseen liittyvä luotto-, vakuutus- tai muu sopimus peruuntuu. Peruuttamisoikeuden sisältö ja se, mistä hetkestä alkaen peruuttamisaika alkaa kulua, riippuvat siitä, oletko ostanut tavaran, palvelun vai digitaalisen sisällön.

All physical products are delivered well packaged, and I sometimes use recycled postal materials that have already been used. I ship products within 1-3 business days of payment / receipt of notification of purchase. Please allow for public holidays that may affect the delay. Most products purchased online have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel your purchase for no particular reason. If you cancel an e-commerce order, any credit, insurance or other contract related to the order you are cancelling will be cancelled. The content of the right of withdrawal and the moment from which the withdrawal period starts to run depend on whether you have purchased goods, services or digital content.
