General Information The unique jewellery is sold by Kajavo Jewellery. We sell products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and Europe. All prices include VAT in the European Union. Other possible costs are not included in the prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Shipping and delivery We ship on Mondays and Fridays. Delivery time is about 4-5 business days in Finland, 4-7 business days within Europe by Finnish Post. Shipping delays due to the carrier, weekends and holidays may affect delivery time.
Return Policy In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only to items that are in unharmed condition, unused and in their original packaging. Before the return shipment send a return notification to info@kajavo.co. Your purchase will be reimbursed after the returned item has arrived to Kajavo Jewellery, including normal postage costs.
Delivery problems and faulty products Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item ordered is faulty, please contact immediately by email info@kajavo.co. If the package was damaged in transport, a claim must also be made with the shipping company. Notifications must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Other We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before placing an order. Kajavo Jewellery handles all customer information confidentially and does not disclose customer information to unnecessary third parties. If customer information is forwarded to a third party, it is according to the terms, for example to the payment providers. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law.
Force Majeure Kajavo Jewellery shall not be liable to the Customer for not fulfilling the Terms due to causes which are beyond the control of Kajavo Jewellery, (such as war, acts of government, strikes, natural disasters or other causes of a similar nature) for the duration of such events. In these cases, the Customer shall not have a right for compensation from Kajavo Jewellery for breach of contract.
