Verkkokaupan kaikki tuotteet ovat itse suunniteltuja sekä käsin valmistettuja. Kaikki myynnissä olevat kuosit kuuluvat tekijänoikeuksien suojan piiriin, ja myös ostetut kaavapaketit on tarkoitettu vain yksityiskäyttöön. Kuosien ja mallien käyttö kaupallisiin tarkoituksiin onnistuu erillisellä sopimuksella.
KaaosPrintit Shopissa olevat tuotteet ovat myynnissä yksityishenkilöille sekä yrityksille omaan käyttöön. Sitova kauppasopimus syntyy, kun tilaus on kirjautunut KaaosPrintit shopin tietokantaan ja siitä syntynyt maksuvelvoite on suoritettu. Käyttämättömiä tuotteita ei saa jälleenmyydä ilman erillistä hyväksyntää tuotteen suunnittelijalta.
Verkkokaupassa myynnissä olevat tuotteet ovat kuvattu tuotevalikoiman ja niiden teknisten tietojen mukaan. Verkkokaupassa ilmoitettu hinta pitää aina sisällään kulloinkin voimassa olevan veron. Oikeus hinnanmuutoksiin ja tuotetietojen korjauksiin pidätetään. Samoja tai vastaavia tuotteita myydään sopimuksesta myös valikoiduissa myymälöissä.
Tuotteidemme toimitusaika on Suomen sisällä 5-8 arkipäivää, EU.n sisällä 8-10 pankkipäivää. Olemme asiakkaisiin mahdollisimman pikaisesti yhteydessä sähköpostitse tai puhelimitse mikäli havaitsemme toimitusajan kestävän normaalia pidempään. Toimituskulut Suomeen 8€ ja muualle Euroopan alueelle 12€. Hinta sisältää toimitus- ja pakkauskulut. Toimituskulut näet ostoskorin maksu- ja toimitustapa kohdasta. Toimitamme tilaukset postipakettina lähimpään Postin postitoimipaikkaan tai pakettiautomaattiin. KaaosPrintit Shop ei vastaa mahdollisista kuljetusliikkeen aiheuttamista vahingoista, vaan tässä tapauksessa reklamaatio osoitetaan kuljetusliikkeelle. Jos kuljetusliike on vahingoittanut pakettia, ilmoitathan siitä myös osoitteeseen kaaos.printit@gmail.com .
Tilauksen noutamatta jättäminen ei ole peruste palautukselle. KaaosPrintit Shop ei vastaa mahdollisista lisäkuluista mikäli pakettia ei noudeta ajoissa tai postitusosoite on virheellisesti kirjattu.
KaaosPrintit Shopin maksuehtona on tilauksen maksaminen tarjotuilla maksutavoilla tilauksen yhteydessä. KaaosPrintit Shopin maksutapoina ovat yleisimmät verkkopankit sekä luottokortit. Maksutavoista vastaa Holvi Payment Servicen Oy:n verkkokauppapaikka ja näissä tapahtuvissa asiakastietojen siirtäminen kuuluu normaaliin tietosuojan piiriin.
Tuotteiden hyvä laatu ja asiakastyytyväisyys ovat KaaosPrintit Shopille tärkeitä asioita. Toivomme, että tarkastat saamasi tuotteet heti niiden saavuttua. Mikäli havaitset virheen, ota heti yhteys asiakaspalveluun tilanteen korjaamiseksi.
Asiakkaalla on KaaosPrintit Shopin fyysisille tuotteille normaali kuluttaja-suojalainmukainen 14 päivän vaihto-,palautus- ja peruutusoikeus. Reklamaatiot ja palautukset tulee ilmoittaa viipymättä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen kaaos.printit@gmail.com. Ilmoituksessa tulee ilmoittaa alkuperäisen tilauksen tekijän nimi, yhteystiedot sekä reklamaation syy, jotta palautus tai tuotevaihto voidaan käsitellä viipymättä. Palautettavan tai vaihdettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja myyntikuntoinen.
Vaihto-, palautus ja peruutusoikeus ei koske ladattavia PDF-tiedostoja, mutta jos havaitset ostetussa tiedostossa puutteita, ota viipymättä yhteyttä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen kaaso.printit@gmail.com .

KaaosPrintit Shop is an online sales point maintained by Tiia Pippuri. Holvi Payment Services Oy is responsible for the technical implementation of the online store and payment transactions.
All products in the online store are self-designed and handmade. All patterns for sale are protected by copyright, and purchased pattern packages are also intended for private use only. The use of patterns and models for commercial purposes is possible with a separate agreement.
The products in the KaaosPrintit Shop are for sale to private individuals and companies for their own use. A binding sales contract is created when the order has been registered in the KaaosPrintit shop database and the resulting payment obligation has been paid. Unused products may not be resold without separate approval from the product designer.
The products for sale in the online store are described according to the product selection and their technical data. The price stated in the online store always includes the currently valid tax. The right to change prices and correct product information is reserved. The same or similar products are also sold in selected stores by agreement.
The delivery time of our products in Finland is 3-5 business days and 5-10 business days within Europe. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time is taking longer than normal.
Delivery costs to Finland are 8€ and to the rest of Europe 12€. The price includes delivery and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs in the payment and delivery method section of the shopping cart. We deliver orders as a postal package to the nearest post office.
KaaosPrintit Shop is not responsible for any damage caused by the transport company, but in this case the complaint is addressed to the transport company.
Failure to pick up the order is not grounds for a return. KaaosPrintit Shop is not responsible for any additional costs if the package is not picked up on time or the mailing address has been entered incorrectly.
KaaosPrintit Shop's payment terms are to pay for the order using the payment methods offered when ordering. KaaosPrintit Shop's payment methods are the most common online banks and credit cards. Holvi Payment Service Oy's online marketplace is responsible for the payment methods, and in these cases, the transfer of customer data falls within the normal scope of data protection.
The good quality of the products and customer satisfaction are important to KaaosPrintit Shop. We hope that you will check the products you receive as soon as they arrive. If you notice an error, please contact customer service immediately to correct the situation.
The customer has the normal 14-day right of exchange, return and cancellation for KaaosPrintit Shop's physical products in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Complaints and returns must be reported immediately by email to kaaos.printit@gmail.com. The notification must include the name and contact information of the person who made the original order, as well as the reason for the complaint, so that the return or product exchange can be processed promptly.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in saleable condition. The right to exchange, return and cancel does not apply to downloadable PDF files. If you notice any defects in the purchased file, please contact us immediately by email at kaaos.printit@gmail.com .
