The Stretching Teams training is recommended for all dancers interested in learning how be more flexible, develop a stretching routine, learn how to do splits and use their body more in dancing. The Novice/ Beginner Team is targeted at the students who have had little to no prior experience in stretching.
You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.
