The Dancer’s Conditioning training is recommended for all dancers interested in improving their conditioning of their body. Each training session focus on different aspects of dancers body, for example, your core strength, flexibility, leg and ankle strength, and speed and balance.
You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.
