The Stretching Teams training is recommended for all dancers interested in learning how be more flexible, develop a stretching routine, learn how to do splits and use their body more in dancing. The Improver/Advanced Team is recommended for the students that have had previous experience in stretching, or are rather flexible from nature and are capable of doing a bit more challenging stretching exercises.
You do not need a partner to join. Each training session focuses on developing you individually.
